Incredibly helpful team. I was looking for a very specific replacement part, the guys went to efforts to make suggestions on where I might be able to find the part and when I did manage to find what I was after they even let me use their tools to fit it. Will always return with future bike issues!

What a great service! Nico and his father did a fantastic job, looking after our whole family and also some friends who joined. They provided a really welcoming and relaxed service, taking time to make sure we were set up properly and were flexible on swapping bikes out - if I needed to swap the roadie for an MTB for a day. I'd recommend this service to anyone and will definitely use them again. Thanks again for helping us to have the best holiday guys!

Extremely helpful both before hiring via email and actually at the shop itself. Nicolas and his father are great at recommending bikes and making sure you have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful scenery nearby. Highly recommend.

Best place to rent a bike in Samoens and in the area (they started doing it way earlier than the other shops and for a long time were actually the only one). I'd recommend trying one of the top electrical bikes (Scott or Peugeot, both are great), you will be able to go as fast as a 4x4 jeep on the mountain tracks, truly amazing!

They were really kind, and helped me get all the equipment I needed for skiing. Thankfully, the (very cute) men who helped me out spoke English, since my French is non-existent. They were also incredibly accommodating, when I accidentally forgot to bring back the poles and then brought them the wrong boots! I returned the proper ones the next morning, but I still felt really bad about it! Thank you for being so understanding!

Great place for mountain bike rental. They have great advice on trails for two beginners (it's a lot harder than we thought!!!!). Wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Hired mountain and road bikes from Anthonioz in the Summer. They wanted me to bring the carbon road bike back every few days to make sure it was working properly. Great attention to detail and very helpful staff. Anthonioz runs mountain bike courses and my son was very happy in his class. This is the nearest bike hire shop to the Joux Plane.
