What an amazing company. We booked to take my 78-year-old mother and her 82-year-old sister tandem skiing. From the moment I made the booking online, until the last minute on the slopes was amazing. What an amazing company and the 2 instructors were professional, fun, kind-hearted and brilliant skiers. Adrien and Greg, you are in our families hearts forever. My mother who has never skied, all the way from South Africa, said, “Wow I felt like I had been skiing for 20 years as the experience was so real.” She HAD, as ZigZag and their team brought this to experience life.

Marilisa and the team at ZigZag were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Two beginners having a private lesson each day over the course of a week - just brilliant. Marilisa was patient, helpful and so encouraging it made the whole experience a lot of fun and great learning. I hope to be back next year and looking forward to more lessons! The customer service team cannot do enough to help you and personally I cannot recommend ZigZag enough.
Excellent customer service, felt that they went out of their way to accommodate our needs, when I left booking ski lessons for 2 children and 1 adult beginner til the last minute. The ski instructor was excellent and the children progressed very well and still had fun and were safe, in what was an incredibly busy half term week of skiing! A shout out to Hugues who saved my holiday!
I put my children into snowboarding lessons for 5 days. Both children really enjoyed their lessons and they became much better snowboarders than they ever thought possible. Also the instructors were wonderful. They worked really hard with their students, they were really patient and helpful as well as making the sessions fun. We were recommended Zigzag and I am pleased to say that I would strongly recommend them for anyone who needs either skiing or snowboarding lessons.
Awesome lesson with PH this morning! He’s a motivated and energetic instructor and really helped me with my snowboarding technique. Love this company, the instructors and staff are all so friendly. Always a pleasant experience on the mountain. Highly recommend.
Our group of 4 kids from 2 families had between 3 and 5 days with Claude this week. Their responses are it was fun and enjoyable, helpful, tiring but good. We (the parents) think the kids's skiing all improved loads. Ages 7 to 10 and all hitting steep blues and reds now with confidence.
Fantastic lesson today, the guys (Reg and Vincent) were excellent. Great tips and advice. Will definitely be booking another lesson. David Foster
