The spa was amazing, the food was incredible and the room was spacious! A great spot to rest after a long bike ride. And a luxurious spa and pool made resting a wonderful afternoon activity!

Clean and quite place. Friendly staffs. No wifi connection in the rooms. No kids menu service specially for dinner. There is parking allocated for the hotel if you are driving.

FABULOUS hotel and beyond perfect restaurant!! Fantastic place where we felt like a prince and a princess. The hotel itself is a beautiful old castle in amazing condition, fresh and decorated with great care and luxury, with just the perfect touch of modernity that makes it timeless. The service was the most caring and professional, anticipating every need and making sure to offer the very best. Our bedroom had a majestic bed and romantic colours, very "châteaux" (room 1), and a cute terrace perfect for a morning tea. At the restaurant we had the best dinner we had in France (much much better than the two Michelin star restaurants we previously visited). We were in awe. The breakfast was the most delicious, served in the adorable garden, with the always very attentive service. This place is a hidden gem, you should not miss it, we are so greatful for the experience. We will come back next year to enjoy the pool and spa!

The host and hostess are charming and caring. There is a gentleness about them and this atmosphere seeps in to the Chateau. The room is lovely and spacious and quiet and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. I am looking forward to having my spa. Many thanks.

Very peaceful rest on Canal du Midi bike tour and a great place to explore Minervois from. Good gluten free options and a great setting for dining.
