Whilst going through Lyon, heading to Stelvio Pass via Lake como, my bike developed a small problem, it was enough to get me worried. I googled local places and Cardy was the nearest. I popped over. After a brief chat with me trying to explain the problem in English and the mechanic trying to understand in French, we hit a middle ground. He kindly offered to take the bike into the workshop and have a look. Next thing you know the back wheel was off as they noted the balancing wasn't quite right, they then proceeded to check the chain, clean and lube it and checked other bits. They didn't take any money off me. I was gobsmacked. I went in expecting a hefty bill and came out with free balancing and mini service. They fixed the problem and i successfully completed the 7 day tour. I am indebted to cardy, for their kindness, professionalism and dropping everything to help me, i will not forget the hospitality i was shown.

Très bon accueil et bons conseils pour le choix de mon premier casque. La vendeuse a pris le temps de m'expliquer les différents aspects techniques et m'a aidé à choisir la bonne taille. Beaucoup de choix mais malheureusement il manque pas mal de tailles ce qui limite le choix au final. J'ai voulu regardé pour des gants et il manquait pas mal de références en rayon et également que quelques taille disponibles. C'est dommage lorsqu'on est décidé à venir acheter un produit.

Accueillants, sympas et compétents: le mécano assure vraiment, il m'a résolu un problème avec ingéniosité en 1/2 heure. Et ça m'a coûté 18,50! Pour les prochains entretiens et révisions, j'y cours! Un client de plus pour eux, un client de moins pour les grincheux (que je ne citerai pas...).
