Horrible staff. Asked for the old version of the Ortofon stylus and they gave me the new one. Went there to change and they did not even make the refund, they got me a check saying also that I asked for the wrong type of stylus.
I was amazed by the quantity of the guitars they had!

Appalling service on the worst level. Absolutely pathetic. I purchased on Reverb a Gibson Les Paul and was meant to receive it within a few days. No contact was received concerning my order, and after 2 weeks I contacted Stars Music to chase it up. I was promised a callback which never materialised. I subsequently phoned 3 times. Again no call back as promised. I therefore cancelled my order, only for these muppets to send my order after it was cancelled! I received it and called Stars Music to arrange collection for their error. I was promised a callback on 4 occasions, never happened! I am not in the habit of keeping something which does not belong to me. Therefore, I paid from the UK back to France at my own cost the shipping charge for this large package back to Stars Music. All I asked was an acknowledgment of this. Don't be surprised to learn this never happened either. This company clearly makes too much profit as it can write off 1000 Gibson Les Paul Guitars, and doesn't appear to care for its customers either. Absolutely jokers.
