Hi all. You have accepted Italy in Europe but there is nothing here that respects the rules of the union. Another sensational example of this is health care that in recent decades has wanted to withdraw public money to favor private clinics with the outcome we know well! And now they act as if the individual citizen is the culprit if he doesn't wear a mask.

Something goes wrong at this place. Not because the court denial of my application on a court but how they explain it. It says: domestic remedies have not be exhausted. It simply has no sense because I exhausted all the legal possibilities in my country and I sent it over to the court. If someone could give me an explanation for this, it would be great because any other explanation what I can figure out is unacceptable.

Why don't many Italian politicians want the ESM? They do not want it because it does not give the possibility that this money will be stolen and therefore prefer to sacrifice the lives of Italians!

Applied to this Court because British social sevices violate many parents' rights to family life by removing their children. based on allegations which often cannot be substantiated. This Court destroyed all the evidence of about 500 pages I had submitted to them with great effort because I hadn't filled in one solitary form correctly according to them. I was not given the opportunity to fill this solitary form again before they destroyed the evidence. Gave up trying to obtain justice via this Court.
