My favourite place to do yoga! All levels are catered for, the teaching is clear and inspires confidence and I come home feeling like I've had a great workout; classes cover core strength, flexibility, balance and provide a mental space out of the day to day. Classes are in French which is fun but clarification is given in English whenever needed.
