We stayed here 6 years ago as a couple at the end of April. We thought it was excellent value for money. We loved the kitchen with the quirky arty features and the terrace with beautiful blooms even in April! We were lucky with the weather - it was in the late 20s! Les Volets Verts was an excellent centre to explore the area, especially the Minervois which we loved. A spacious, welcoming house with all we needed for our stay. It is in an ancient walled town so you can't park right outside the front door but parking was just a short walk away.
