So i decided to go into this store in Tourcoing today to cheer myself up and buy some beauty products. One of the items i picked up was a bright pink dior varnish. The shop assistant kindly asked if i needed assistance. I politely declined. As i walked through the store i proceeded to be followed by two other shop clerks both asking if i needed assistance every 5 minutes. I've worked in retail many moons ago. I understand the need to make sure the customer is well attended to. Upon seeing the 'Essie' nail varnish stand, my heart lept. So many pretty colours! In my excitement, i left the bright pink dior colour on the essie stand and proceeded to purchase 3 separate colours and a top coat to boot. As soon as i reach the counter to pay for my goods. I was demamded to empty my bags and pockets. Taken aback i could not understand why. Through broken translation i could understand that i had been accused of stealing the pink dior polish. The manager came out hooting and hollering demanding i empty my pockets to which i refused. I tried to explain that the dior polish was indeed left at the essie stand and i even apologised for the inconvenience. (She ended up finding the polish as it was in plain sight). After the manager demonished me over Google translate for not putting an item back i was too disappointed to even purchase my goods. I politely tried to explain that not only was i consistantly followed from the first time i entered the store, then demanded to empty my bags and pockets unfairly but there was absolutely no need to speak to me in the way she was doing so. The person who i can only assume is the manager demanded that i leave the shop. Long story short. Avoid this place. Especially if you are a person of colour.

l'accueil et les conseils surtout sont très différents selon la vendeuse, pingre sur les échantillons offerts quand le panier est important. Dommage

Parfumerie vieillotte qui donne finalement pas envie acheter . Harceler par des sms et des email. Vente forcé et prix plus chère que la concurrence . A éviter

J’ai passé commande sur internet une poudre terracota de chez Guerlain. Elle été en promo à 36 . Je l’ai faite livrée en click en collect en magasin . Ayant eu un mail de confirmation comme quoi ma commande été prête je me rend en magasin. La vendeuse m’a fais patienter rien était prêt... d’après elle c’était un dysfonctionnement internet (elle m’a affirmé qu’elle ne savait pas que j’avais passée commande mdr) de ce fait 30 mins d’attente pour une commande censée être prête !!!!!!!!!!!! Plus jamais je ferai du click en collect chez eux ....
