DO NOT USE. absolutely useless, we had a slow puncture on the back tyre which eventually lead to a halt. We spent all day waiting for them to come and change the bike and they never came... 18.27 Now sitting outside chemoncheu with a broken bike and no one cares...

The bikes we rented ran really well, were easy to operate and the booking process was very simple. The chaps at Rouelib Tours are really friendly, professional and will go out of their way to help you. So friendly in fact that when we were stranded out in the middle of nowhere with no trains and a bike chain malfunction that they came and picked us up and brought us back. They were really lovely about it and I would recommend this company to anyone visiting Tours! Tres bien!
Rented 3 bikes for a day and we managed to puncture a tire (kit supplied to fix it so we were off again pretty quick) unfortunately we then managed to break the chain of another bike! Leaving us stranded like a bunch of numpties in the arse end of nowhere in the French countryside...after flagging down a van filled with helpful farm workers they explained to the shop where we were and they dashed out to get us! Dropped us and the bikes in central Tours and offered us free bikes the next day! Could not recommend them enough! Bikes were easy to use and safe and Tours is cracking to bike around! Would also suggest the ride to Villandry Palace, after you are out the city it’s an easy and lovely ride.
This bike rental is fantastic! We were traveling in a group of 4,and made no prior reservations to rent bikes for our trip through the Loire Valley. Granted with this company you'll get only as far as Amboise but when there is no other place that will rent you a bike, as was in our case, we can't complain. They are very professional and very helpful, especially to our group when we were forced to readjust our trip due to lack of bike availability for the length we wanted to go(Tours - Blois) a big thanks to RoueLib for the sturdy bikes which allowed us to follow through with at least half of our original plan!
I found the bike I hired pretty slow, heavy and uncomfortable. At 16 a day, I would probably avoid this one in the future
Great staff make renting a bike a breeze. They have everything you need for the trip including luggage storage.
Nous avons loué un tandem pour la journée. Prix très correct (35 ). La personne nous a très bien équipé, avec un support pour téléphone sur le guidon, un kit de réparation au cas où ainsi qu'un cadenas à code. Malgré le fait que la boutique ferme à 19h, il nous a quand même attendu 20 min supplémentaire. Très très bien pour faire la Loire à vélo. Je recommande chaudement.
