I really enjoyed eating here. When I first went in I though it might be a little fancy for me but the food was really tasty and reasonably priced. We got paired wine with our meal and it was great. The Guinea fowl was delicious

Great food at a very good price for the quality (dinner menu with starter, main dish and dessert for 27, kids menu with main dish, dessert and drink for 13). Moreover, you are in a historical place: Jules Verne was born there! The service was great and our waiter really cared about the two kids in our party.
The owner was really friendly and took his time to greet and talk to all the guests. Ingredients are fresh and picked everyday. Had a pleasant experience!
On the way to restaurant, I got a flat tire and took huge difficulty to repair it just because services were almost unavailable during holiday season. Then, I sent a cancellation 42 minutes before my reservation time. Amongst my visits to more than twenty EU counties, it is first time for me to get a such email. The following is just a copy and paste from the original email from this restaurant. —————— Good Evening, You have have book so much in advence that we believed you are going to show up but you haveneen enought coward to not Calling us. We were fully booked tonight and we missed some business because of you. Tell your friend in Frankfurt to not make any more puplicity of my restaurant to send peple not showing up. I though japanese have more respect than that to jhave live 2 years in tokio. You should be ashame of you and yoour family. Never come back in my restaurant as you showing no respect. Canceling the reservation at 6 :48 it’s lame. I am very desapointed and i will remember you name for a long time cowards.
Amazing discovery! Top cuisine at an affordable price right in the heart of the city of Nantes. Fresh and top quality fish, veg and meat.
Not bad but I am rather perplexed at the gushing reviews. The starter (tuna) was perfection as was the home-made bread but the beef was chewy and to my mind lacked flavour. Accompanying veg acceptable and dessert also but I'm not sure I'd return. Male waiter appeared rather precious but the chef/owner comes out and talks to the customers which is engaging and a nice touch.
Great food and the decor has been improved substantially resulting in a modern yet relaxed restaurant.
