I went into this shop to see if they had replacement inner boot laces. Having looked at mine they proclaimed they didn't have the brand, so no they couldn't help. I asked to see what they did have and they proclaimed again they didn't have them. After, asking 8 times and finally asking why do you not want to show me you products, the staff member agreed; the first set shown to me were an exact match! I was then accused of being stubborn and having talked badly to the staff member. No, I was simply insistent that they show me what they had in stock and then I was insulted. In summary customer experience 0/10 Hearing the voice of the client 0/10 Pleasant and friendly staff 0/10 Will I use them again NEVER To the owner of this shop. There are plenty of shops that sell the same brands at similar prices in the resort if you don't want to go out of business you need to differentiate yourself with the customer experience. This will not work with insulting and ignorant staff.

Super shop de snowboard. Je suis venu acheter des boots de snowboard pour remplacer mes vieux modèles. Un vendeur a passé 40 minutes avec moi pour me fait essayer plein de modèles agrémenté de conseils et explications. Le shop a fréquenter en temps que snowboarder sur Val Thorens. 5/5
