Lovely chateau detailing the early 19th century with the tribulations of Talleyrand. As a food lover, the kitchens underground are very interesting and important because of Antonin Carême.

A beautiful castle and not so much overcrowded in this period. The story of the castle is interesting. So a castle to visit

Beautiful chateau. A bit small and can be very cold in wintertime.

The artefacts are more than a museum of pieces, they actually recreate the ambience of the time and the people living there. The gardens are extensive and you can walk around everywhere, the restaurant is ok too. There is a sense of peace, a good place to meditate, and not too many tourists.... parking is easy across the road.

Very nice from the outside as well as gorgeous gardens but.....the inside is not very clean and looks shabby. Needs renovation. Also very bear furniture wise. Only the kitchen in the basement is nice as well as the 3-D presentation.

Middle ranking chateau. Honest but with diplomatic attitude.

Good place to look around with some lovely rooms and furniture. Great English Audio Guide. Didn't really see the outside areas as it was raining a lot. The kitchen and cellars were very interesting. There is a free Aire for motorhomes on the Tourist information carpark which is only about 200 metres from the entrance to the Château.
