VENTURE ACADÉMIE is an ‘entrepreneur boot camp’ for refugees and immigrants who have an interest in opening their own business in France, and who can provide value to the society and the economy of France and Europe. Venture Académie provides refugees and immigrants with a customized entrepreneur track that includes training, collaborative workshops, mentoring, coaching, fund raising support, job and internship placement and networking through entrepreneur events and partner conferences. In addition, Venture Académie will offer over 40 online courses related to starting a business, in both French and English. The customized programs are designed for Members who have received their residency and Members who are waiting for their residency in France. A major objective of Venture Académie is to provide each member with a customized program that can help accelerate and solidify a member’s residency application submitted to OFII (French office for Immigration and Integration). Venture Académie will first launch in France, with the long-term goal to provide similar services across Europe.
