Food was amazing, and service was very efficient. Staff were very pleasant and attentive during service however even though we all spoke French to them, we overheard them mocking us in English as we left.. Bit of a let down after a really nice evening

I went here for dinner with my wife, my brother and his wife. It was our last night in Paris and it was one of the few restaurants that was open on a Monday. My brother mentioned he ate a good steak and fried plantains here, so being from Puerto Rico I had to try it. The food was amazing, me and my wife had the Fo Gan which is a platter of chicken and beef kebabs, roasted chicken and huge prawns. They serve it with a delicious coconut sauce. It comes with a plate of plantains, white rice and I don’t know if it was a pumpkin purée or sweet potatoes but it was delicious. The plantains were soft and sweet and not greasy at all. My brother gave me a piece of his steak and it was delicious, the seasoning is amazing. All the food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We washed it down with a Belgium beer called Floris which comes in different fruity flavors, they go down smooth like water. My wife had a Piña Colada which I was surprised they had, the cocktails are big which was also surprising. Apart from the food, the service we got was incredible. The waitress spoke English and even brought us English menus and explained the different dishes to us, she was attentive and even brought us more rice and plantains at no extra charge. I forgot to get her name but she was very welcoming and tried her best to speak with us in English. We never received this kind of service in any of the French restaurants we went to. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Paris.
