Very nice place, excellent food. The swordfish was incredible.

Fantastic, personal, friendly and attentive restaurant, a credit to the area. A gem, thanks Thomas

Owner-cook not kind. Asks customers to be quiet whilst he is listening to hardrock music. Only HIS way seems the good way. Very strict. Don't expect to park your car 1 minute before opening hours because he won't open. Food is ok, but not special.

Awesome place, don't forget to book a table beforehand: the chef is alone here, and is therefore only accepting up to 12 people each evening. Definitely worth it.

Unique experience, as the owner, the chef, the waiter and the bartender are one and the same! Chef Thomas Gallardo manages to do all of it by himself and at the same time create divine dishes, full of local flavours, delicious tasting. Worth booking in advance and a must when one is in the Luberon and Vaucluse region! A big Merci Mr Thomas Gallardo.

Food and setting were enjoyable BUT... highly rude service from the waiter (who's also the owner), which made the whole experience very unpleasant. You do feel you're at PABLO's table and that you should follow his rules. To give you one example, when booking on the phone, Pablo strongly insisted we should be on time. We arrived 3 MINUTES before 12 and Pablo made us wait in front of the closed gate while he was quietly arranging forks and knives by the inch. In the summer heat and with a baby on board (which he knew), we had to turn the engine back on to have airco and not to overheat. There were other similar rude behaviours while we were eating, which I will not detail. There are several other good restaurants in the area which do manage to combine quality food, pleasant setting AND a warm, if not at least respectful service, which is to me, equally important for an eating-out experience. Therefore, I would not recommend this place nor go back.

By far the best restaurant in the region ... and reasonably priced!
