I just want to share my story with BMW Autolille.. I was in Vacation in Lille Last week, unfortunately some thing went wrong with my BMW 116i and I had to take it to BMW Autolille. I am from Germany and I speak no French, I had a lot of difficulties to contact with people in France in English or German, until I managed to reach a nice guy in BMW Autolille, his name was YANIS, I Think he was the only one in BMW Autolille who speaks English. He was so nice and he helped me a lot. I hope I can find some one like Yanis in every BMW Agencies around the world. Thank again Yanis, and thank you BMW Autolille.

Problème mécanique non résolu malgré le dépôt de mon véhicule. Claquement important sur essieu arrière en marche arrière sur un véhicule 7000km de moins de 2 ans. On m'a précisé que mon véhicule est en parfait état.... Triste..client depuis 11 ans achat de 3 bmw. Que dire de plus???

Livraison début janvier 2021. Véhicule conforme à l'offre. Accueil agréable, mais extras superflus: vitres gravées, assurance vol faisant double emploi (offerte 12 mois), produits entretien (facturés) ! Irritant. Sollicitation du SAV qui se montre efficace.
