Click & Collect service is a failure. Ordered 21 items, collected 9 items, because the rest was marked as not available. While items are available to order online for collection, they wont be available by collection point. Before collection I went inside the shop to pick up few items and seen items I ordered for click & collect on the shop shelves, but as I ordered them as click & collect I left them there. Just for me to realise that items who were on the shop shelves were not added to my click & collect order and marked as not available. Really? Is it that hard to pick up spray paint or duck tape from shop shelf and add it to customer collection? Im very disappointed and wont use click and collect service anymore as seems like staff just marks items unavailable while items are sitting on the shop shelves.

Bien, mais victime de son succès ! Beaucoup de choses à découvrir pas très chères et utiles pour la maison, le jardin et le bricolage. L’attente est assez longue. Il faut être patient pour bénéficier d’articles à très bas prix.

Le moins, est qu'il y a toujours une file d attente pour y accéder.... des bas prix, c'est sympa... les hôtesses de caisse auxquelles j'ai eu affaire, étaient compétentes et sympathiques
