We have been waiting for two days to change one tire. We had to take a hotel and on the second day, still nothing happened. They didn’t tell us anything and wanted to change all four tires instead of just the back two. They made us wait, just so we had to pay extra parking and take commision on the tires from Toulouse, instead of getting the tires from a place close by. Bad service and they were trying to rip us off. I you can, make them take you to a nearby garage, because you don’t want to be here.

Tomber en panne n'est jamais agréable mais le service d'A.D.R a été irréprochable. Leur devis pour la réparation était au marché et ils ont été plus rapide que prévu. J'ai l'impression que la voiture m'a été rendu plus propre à l'extérieur ... Très bon service en tout cas
En 30 min chrono, il était là... super gentil, super rassurant. Remorquage et empathie! on est démunie quand notre voiture tombe en panne et ADR a été super gentil et très professionnel... jusqu'à me rappeler de pas oublier mes affaires, clef de la maison, etc... Je recommande. Merci.
J'ai du faire appel à eux pour sortir la voiture du fossé dans lequel elle avait 2 roues. Ils ont été très efficaces et l'ont fait sans abîmer la voiture.
Excellent accueil, bien accompagnée dans les démarches assurances. Merci encore à eux.
