Recently I had a pleasure to work with Thibault Lefaucheur at the Toyota of Aix-en-Provence. I had shipped our Toyota Prius from USA and came into the dealership to seek help with conversion of the vehicle to France standards. Thibault made this complicated COC request easy by taking time to understand the needs and walking me through the entire process. He has great communication skills and really being patient with all of my questions. He constantly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care off. Although the process is not complete yet and we still waiting a response from Toyota France, I could not have imagined to work with a better service adviser. Simply put, Thibault is a true professional and a great asset to any organization.

Très mauvaise expérience ce jour chez Toyota. Alors que mon garagiste (Norauto) m'a gentiment renvoyé chez eux afin d'avoir une pièce pour un phare pour que cela me coûte moins cher (un kit de réparation plutôt qu'un phare complet), un monsieur très hautain me reçoit en me disant sèchement qu'il faut voir le véhicule. Je lui demande alors de prendre un rdv et me répond aussitôt que finalement ils n'ont pas de pièce et qu'il fait arrêter d'aller dans des sous garages (en faisant allusion a mon garagiste). Toyota, je ne viendrai plus chez vous ! Et encore j' ai mis une étoile car il était obligatoire d'en mettre une, sinon je n'aurai rien mis du tout.
