Excellent service, very professional. Because of the ridiculous parking in Nantes airport we were very grateful for their service. Parked our car on premises then they drove us to and collected us from the airport 45 for the week.

I booked parking recently with Alterpark on the ParkVia site and when I returned to Nantes they told me, when I phoned to confirm my arrival, that my car was at the airport. The minibus driver also told me the same thing but the man at Airport Services, where the car was reported to be, knew nothing about it. I walked to the car park in sweltering heat only to be told to go back to the airport, which I refused to do. Eventually the girl on duty asked gain for my name and found the keys in the office. No apology and I left. My advice is not to leave your car with these clowns.

Le service est vraiment irréprochable ! L'accueil est très sympathique, et ils répondent immédiatement au téléphone quand on a besoin de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. C'est très rapide et pro ! Je réserverai chez eux les prochaines fois sans hésiter, je recommande !

Location de véhicules a prix low cost. Navette gratuite depuis l'aérogare jusqu'à l'aire de récupération et de retour des véhicules sur simple appel téléphonique. Très bon accueil. États des lieux depuis l'application smartphone. Petit bémol cependant sur la propreté plus que moyenne de certains véhicules.
