My husband and I chose to have a flight with Balloon Revolution during our holidays on the Loire. Finally only my husband was able to join the flight as I am pregnant and pregnant women are not accepted on the flights due to various risks, especially at landing. My husband, however, had an awesome experience and excellent weather on his flight which started on the Loire riverbanks in Amboise and ended close to the Chenonceaux castle on Cher river (flight duration approx. 1 hour) with Kevin as pilot who was very nice and hands-on. I stayed on the ground with his assistant following the balloon by car and was able to make lots of fotos and videos of the take-off and landing as well as the preparation and packing of the balloon before / after the flight which was a very good experience as well. The back-office of Balloon Revolution is also highly responsive and answered emails within a couple of hours, even on bank holidays / week ends. We can therefore highly recommend this service provider.

This was such a amazing experience. Nicola picked us up at chateau de Perreux and we’ve had the most amazing flight. We drifted gently to amboise to finish at the castle of Chenonceau. It was a wonderful morning flight and I highly recommend the team. Nicola was extremely kind and helpful trough the process and him speaking English was a big plus.

I was bought a flight for my 40th birthday present by friends. My dealings with this company (Nicolas) turned out to be a memorable experience, but sadly for all the wrong reasons. I made phone calls and emails to book a time and date, where on the majority of occassions I had to impression to be putting them out by requesting my flight. When my date and time was \fixed\ I had an email from Nicolas telling me that they would contact me the day before the flight to confirm depending on the weather. I received no email, so eventually I emailed them to say I would just go, as the weather looked ok. After midnight they sent me an email saying all morning flights were cancelled because of the weather, and that I should recontact them to book a new flight. The following day I received from Nicolas what is probably the rudest telephone call I have ever had. He blamed me for not contacting them, and when I pointed out that if they're expecting me to contact them, then perhaps they should tell me that rather than saying that they would contact me, he told me to stop my crying and then just talked over me pretending that he couldn't hear me. In the end, I gave my ticket to my wife, and although he was very rude to her too on the phone, she ended up doing her flight with Kevin, and said that it was a great experience and that Kevin was really nice. Clearly a company such as this is at the mercy of the weather, and I would never have thought otherwise. What was maddening was the lack of communication and and how rude they were in pinning their mistake on me. We all mess up from time to time, but to blame the client for your mistake is unacceptable.

Un vol magnifique avec une équipe superbe ! Nicolas nous a guidé tout au long du vol avec des paysages superbes. Le rendez-vous central à Amboise et le service parfait . Nous avons pu profiter en petit comité de la beauté des châteaux de la Touraine avec pour finir les chevreuils galopant dans les champs ! C’était une expérience inoubliable avec une équipe au top toujours là pour répondre à vos questions. A refaire lors d’un vol du matin

Premier vol post confinement avec Amboise Montgolfière. Magique !!! Une équipe très professionnelle, dans le partage, qui prend autant de plaisir à voler que ses passagers. L’accueil, la prise en charge et l’après vol ont été très sympathiques. Appréciable dans cette période si particulière. Une expérience inoubliable.
