It's a great place to go for a weekend trip during the grey season when there is no sun outside anyway. We bought a 50hours ticket and we haven't used it up yet after 2 seasons but it seemed the cheapest option per hours for us. The place is great for a worm up before the ski season or for kids to learn. Jumps are possible too. The whole place just is not that we'll taken care of. It a bit messy and not well maintained, I also very much dislike the quality of snow.I think it would be much better if the slopes were taken care of in a better way.

Reasonable costs and nice Snowhall overall with friendly personnel!

I love to spend some time here shredding outside of the snowboarding season but this place is definitely in some need of renovations!!! And also they have been taken over by a ski resort company called “Labellemontagne” so that’s why their prices have increased and also you can no longer save the time you have left on your card for another time which is super annoying. To explain: if you buy a pass for 2 hours, you need to spend those 2 hours in the hall on the same day and you can no longer come back another day to spend the rest of the time you have left if you left earlier the last time you went. This was one big reason I loved this indoor ski hall. But however, for me the most important part is the fun I have on the slope so that’s why I’ll still give it 4 stars.

Really pool organisation . It seems like there is a complete absence.of management, lines of over an hour to rent skis (at a ski hall). Staff really unhelpful and in the restaurant they seem poorly trained. Great potential but the execution is so so poor

Visited on Christmas Day! Went snowboarding for the first time, did not have staff to help a first timer. We had to learn on our own, but had a good time trying!

Its okay if you havent been skiing or snowboarding for a while to get back on track. The Snowhall is ideal to practice for beginners and also ok for experienced people too get into the feeling before going on a holiday for example. The snow even though contains a lot of icey spots. One more negative aspect is that you cannot conserve the tine you buy if you still have some left. This was possible some time ago but they changed it and also the time starts running the moment you pay instead of running from the moment you enter the snow. All in all its ok though but not too spectacular. The staff was friendly

We have been coming here for years. I would give it 5 stars but the staff have become lazy and clearly don't care about their jobs anymore. To make it worst the bar is gone so the non-skiers that come to watch the fun can't sit and enjoy a drink. It isn't being taken care of and the rental guy even tried giving my son ski boots that were two sizes too big which would have ruined the experience. Thankfully I, as nicely as I could, demanded that he change to boots to the correct size, I guess it pays to have spent 17 years of my life working in my families ski shop. So, a little cleaning and attitude adjustments could really turn this place around.
