Last weekend my motorcycle, Yamaha XT660Z Tenere fell over and my clutch lever was broken. On Tuesday Raff Moto was open and I called to ask if they had any replacements. I was glad that they spoke English, because my French is horrible. They invited me to come over to the store with the broken part/pictures. When I arrived at the store they started immediately with the search for my broken clutch lever. While waiting we had the time to check out the store and the motorcycles, the new Tenere 700 is a beauty! After waiting for a few minutes they had found several clutch levers that could fit and a identical one. I was very glad they had one. Once I heard I could have the part for free I was happily surprised! That's what I call helping out a fellow biker! Great service, nice store and friendly people. Definitely worth a visit when you're around!

Le vendeur accessoire à l’étage au top rien à dire ! Par conte en bas complètement l’opposé. accueil froid. Sa donne vraiment pas envie d’y retourner c’est pas moi qui vous ramènera mes 2 yam et dépensera chez vous. Dommage car le magasin et beau. Mais avoir un bon accueil c’est la moindre des choses surtout dans une concession comme la vôtre. Première fois que je vois un accueil aussi froid.
