We were welcomed with a very friendly staff who spoke English very well. It was quick and easy to exchange our dollars for euros with decent and clear fares. The staff was also very helpful and showed us what to do in Annecy and the surrounding area. We will definitely come back for our next trip to the Alps!

Je me suis occupé de faire le change pour un groupe de 10 personnes pour un voyage en Amérique Latine. On m’a très bien conseillé sur la devise à acheter (dollars américain) sachant qu’on visite plusieurs pays et j’ai pu choisir mes coupures lors de la commande.
