We had twin room with breakfast. I really liked the room, it was clean, made with taste. All types of dishes were here, lots of towels, hygiene products. Hot water, nice view from room (5th floor). Near here are bars, cafes. Card secure system inside building. I liked it! Cant wait to book a night here next time!

The hotel is nice, much better than some other hotels of this chain. The location is very convenient, very close to the railway station and to the bus stops to Genève and around the city. Besides, there's a supermarket just across the street. The rooms are clean and spacious, nothing to complain about. The kitchen is well equipped, although I was missing a kettle to make tea and some minor things like a cutting knife. Something I didn't like though is the requirement that the kitchen has to be as clean as on the arrival. Well, maybe they have reasons to ask for it and it is okay to wash the dishes but make the full cleaning is too much. There's no air-conditioning, so prepare for very hot or noisy nights if you open the window.

Had a great stay for 1 night.. Rooms are well maintained,clean and spacious.. Many restaurant, shopping complex are accessible from this hotel.. They also have a awesome buffet breakfast which shouldn't be missed.. Would definitely recommend..

Too bad! I have paid a huge amount to book a considerable amount of nights and now I try to contact them and they do not even reply or clarify. Not reliable at all. Would not recommend.

There is no AC. It is very loud outside all night. The street sweepers start at 6am! There is no one at the desk overnight. Breakfast did not have much of a variety. The bathroom was big and the shower was big enough to get in comfortably. The room did have more outlets than other hotels we stayed in in Europe.

This hotel might be clean and the reception good, but that is where it ends. The room so small and barely furnished. No aircon and even though you can open the windows they don't stay open and is directly on the railway where they are working on the railway during daylight and the train passes by quite regurlay.. They advertise kitchenette but no pots, pans or bowls. Not recommended at all

It was good experience in apart city apart hotel. Rooms are good and well maintained. Only find reception staff is unfriendly and lock system is quite critical.
