Our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortably furnished including a complete newly-remodeled kitchen and large bathroom--all carefully maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. There were several fine restaurants nearby as well as a full-service grocery store around the corner. A 10-minute walk brought one to Rue Montorgueil, a street lined with restaurants and superb specialty food shops for fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, pastries, seafood. The Metro was two blocks away making for easy access to all the sights. Nicole greeted us upon arrival, showed us through the apartment and was available either in person or by phone for any questions throughout our month-long stay. Everything truly exceeded our expectations.

As you know, the US has limited travel to EU countries including Paris. I have a non-refundable booking with this company, and they are unwilling to work with me. Yes, I understand that they are a small business, but their communication has been poor, and other hotels have been much more accommodating of their cancellation policies. I would say buyer beware of this company.

Apartment size fantastic, décor lovely, location very good however bedroom windows were not double glazed and very noisy. We were on first floor as requested by on busy street so lots of street noise through the night. Service at the property is excellent and friendly. Shower great water pressure but no bathtub.

Nice, spaceous appartment, clean, good check in and good location, subway is very close. Would certainly rent it again.

Great location in Paris and very nice, attentive staff. Communication was fantastic with very fast responses and also the free car service to and from the airport was very nice. Check in isn’t until 3pm which is a little late but they did let us drop off our bags and then told us to come back. They were doing construction inside the building starting at 9am every day which was loud and woke us - would have been nice to know or get a discount when booking.

Great location, communication was easy to set up check in time. Charlie went over everything and was VERY helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area and advice for checking out the city! We would stay here again, when we come back
