I would never stay at this overpriced place again. The pictures on google and the website are all false advertisement. The entrance is a plain wooden door with a sign and 117 at top. You could walk right by it (and we did when we first arrived). The rooms are tiny and furnished with cheap bargain buys. The view is just an abandoned courtyard where you can only see broken shutters of the next building. The WiFi stopped working the first day. The electric wiring is a mess and you need to use 3 different switches in a random order to light a single bulb. The toilet seat was broken. Worse? Both me (room 32) and our neighbor (room 34) had our plumbing backed up. Couldn't flush the toilet. Sewage (feces) also backed up into our shower. Disgusting. We still had to pay the 20 cleaning fee that is not included in the booking price. The towels also stink. The team never emailed us the 4 codes needed to get in to our room. So we had to wait outside the building until they emailed us back. The elevator is terribly slow, so avoid it if you can. Breakfast is 10, even though our booking website said it was free. There are so many more affordable, cleaner, and livable hotel/apartment options in Paris. Never choose this one. Very disappointed.

The biggest mistake in my entire life is when I booked here I have never seen such treatment before. I hope you do not make my mistake
A perfect location, close to all main attractions in Paris, room very clean, comfortable beds. And the most important thing... there was a lift, very small, could take one person with baggage or two people with only small handbags but it was there. And going up to a third floor in a tall old building with baggage would be no fun In conclusion if you visit Paris for few days to do some sightseeing it is a perfect choice.
This is not a hotel. You receive codes to access the building and your room. Only received when i arrivex and had to call them. No reception. No place to leave the luggage on the last day of my stay. Wifi didn't work for most of my stay. Cheaply furnished room. Expensive for what you get!
It's an OK place. It is a good location, but still too expensive for what you get. The Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time. Laundry machines in the hallway are only for staff. Definitely do not stay here if you need more than two weeks.
We stay for one night and never again (Lo barato sale caro) the appartment super small is furnished with bend chairs and cheap furniture, you have to go up 3 to 4 floors with luggage. Bad service from “The team” the internet doesnt work and Dirty TOWELS!. Expensive for whar it is.
Worst customer service EVER. We booked the wrong dates by mistake for this apartment for July 2019. They would not even consider changing the dates and all they cared about was to take our money. Beware of this company because they are NOT customer friendly and would do nothing to help us. They only care about their money. It's a rip off. If you want to be safe avoid using this company.
Génial !! L'emplacement est parfait, en face de la gare mais très silencieux. Parfait pour le télétravail avec les commerces à proximité ! Très propre et bien équipé !
