I have booked this apartment via booking.com and fully paid the price for our reservation up front. We have received a confirmation from the host which included instructions how to access the apartment. However in order to receive the final access code we were asked to pay a deposit of 300 EUR which was not mentioned in the advertisement of the apartment on booking.com. We decided not to make this payment and move to another place instead. From our perspective this is fraud and we are extremely disappointed about this experience on a reliable high quality platform like booking.com.

* READ ALL *Stayed here for one night as a stop over . Area seemed a bit sketchy and the outer building looked a bit sketchy . However don’t let that fool you , inside the apartment was really nice . Fully equipped with all what you would need . It was tastefully furnished and well worth it . I did not meet the host however contacted via e mail and watsapp and whatever contact I had was good .
Once inside the apartment, fabulous! The entrance and stairs were a bit tricky to negotiate.
Logement très satisfaisant. Tout est très propre et confortable. Les consignes d'arrivée et de départ sont très claires et la personne en charge des services est disponible et agréable. Le seul petit bémol, c'est l'insonorisation. On entend les voisins. Mais bon, au vu du séjour, ça ne descendra pas la note pour autant. Merci beaucoup. Je recommande !
