Excellent family friendly a accommodation. Lovely staff. Good location. We had a nice balcony and loads of wardrobe space for a family of 4. It was only missing a bath! It had a good size kitchen and big fridge and freezer. Everything was spotless. It's a little dated but that is why it is well priced

This is a 2 star maximum. Boulevard nearby too noisy. My pillows had blood stains. Bed sheets badly arranged. No dental kit. No hairdryer "because they steal it". Bed mattress was very hard. At check-in the receptionist asked for my card with which I booked the ticket and needed a photocopy. He did not ask this to the previous ones. This was clearly discrimination as my name is not French nor white Christian. He treated me as a criminal. Also the cleaning staff does not inspire trust at all.

Mammoth Journeys

No reception staff on check in, but a safe deposit box to get our key. We had no code for this box so had to ring up the call centre. Box didn't work when used code, took us 45 mins to get into our room. Room size was fine. Stains on the ceilings and damp smell in the bathroom. No information in English about the hotel and local areas. Unable to park as no idea where it was, or how to access it. Was unable to change the date of our original booking, however on check in they gave us an extra room. So they had space, but decided against a good will gesture to help customer services, and charged us for the original booking also -as per their booking TCs, but to give us an extra room just rubbed salt in the wounds. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.

Arrived on the 9th August 2019 room was dirty and carpet has stains on it, mould above the windows, button for lift broken and dangerous for young children as wires were hanging out, one receptionist was very nice and helpful the other young girl was rude, halfway very dirty,air con never worked unless you turned electric off and on in room, dnt trust cleaners, pictures to follow

Not a fan, sorry. Looks like poor students' dormitory, not three stars hotel. Not clean enough. Poor A/C functionality. Personal is good as well as a location

We were on an appartment for 4 people just one night, and it was decent and clean. It also has a kitchen with everything we could need to have breakfast. There was no noise neither from the hotel nor from outside. It's not in the center (around 25 min walking) but one line of the tram is very close.
