I could start by telling you how the staff were lovely and helpful but it pales into insignificance when you take a second to look around and see how filthy the place is. This image is from a communal area next to the lifts on the second floor. No was has this not been seen by the cleaning or hotel staff. Helpfully another patron had written the date in there which was the day prior to the day I stayed. Inside the room it was much the same, sticky floor with stains on the curtains that looked to be blood and seman. I can only imagine that if a crime scene investigator shon a blue light on the place it would look like a battle scene from Avatar! Do. Not. Book!

Convenient location to the centre of the town. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and other services. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to our requests and inquiries. The restaurant was closed when we checked in on a Saturday afternoon and on Sundays. Being a 3 star hotel, we expected the very basic lay out and amenities in the room. It came equipped with a flat screen TV, hot shower, bath tub, empty mini fridge and a coffee making machine minus the capsules. Overall we were happy with the level of cleanliness, friendliness and service, worth the price tag.

I've been really really disappointed by this hotel... I had flies infestation in my room (dead and alive) and I couldn't walk on the floor of the room. The staff listened to me, they seemed surprised but they told me that the hotel was fully booked so I couldn't change room. I spent 3 nights there and every mornings and evenings there were a lot of flies coming back on the floor of the room.
I think when you pay 300 euros per night, cleanness is really the minimum that you can expect. A colleague, travelling with me, also had the same issue but was luckier than me as he could change room to a slightly better one... I would not recommend at all this very poor condition hotel.
I can also mention that cutlery, mugs... for breakfast were not clean neither.

It Seriously needs to be renovated!! Pictures shown are NOT CURRENT! The cleaner for my room was either not skilled at her job or not serious at all. Pictures I've attached show the state of my room most days. Bath tub was never cleaned. I had to do it myself all the weeks I was there!

from all my trips around the world this is by far the hotel I dislike most. Its not welcoming seeing a big bogey glued to the wall next to the pillow and this was just one of the many issues.

The room is clean, and the staff is very friendly, so that's good. But that's also where the good things stop. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. The hallways are dirty, the carpet on the floor in the hallway looks like a warzone. The sink in the bathroom sprays water in all directions, in the bedroom there was a leakage on the floor, the TV does not work, there wasn't enough space in the breakfast room, alle the plates were gone. So not so good. Not one star, that would be too harsh because of the very friendly staff, so two stars

Outdated hotel. No extra plugs or shampoo in the shower. Asked for them to call me a taxi in the morning and ended up paying 40 Euro for a 10 minute ride in a luxury car I didn't ask for.
