When you visit this specific Apple Store , you will find, on an architectural stand point, a pure beauty. I am rating the place more than the high level service you usually have with Apple team members. The architects and the companies that work on this project just did an outstanding job. It is a beauty . Great Store , great location, amazing building.

They were pretty good and customer friendly and of course they maintain very good professionalism , I bought my Iphone 12pro from there

The place itself is gorgeous inside! Like I wasn't expecting there to be a legit treelined courtyard inside the building. I went to buy something, and I found it really funny and interesting how some people were just sitting there inside chilling because of the view inside. Staff is super friendly and helpful as usual. Although don't expect quick reactivity for the genius bar or any item related help, could not manage to get an appointment easily but otherwise fantastic location and innovative place as usual.
This is far more than a store. It is a work of art. Apples architect took a historical building that was beautiful in its own right and created a magnificent work of art. Even if your not shopping come enjoy the stunning architecture
I think I start to hate apple ! Last time i had an appointment there, i had to wait for 45 min in the cold, outside ! I got an appointment and they don’t respect the time !! Plus I had some questions about some issues I had in able to install Microsoft office before buying a new Mac Pro and Apple’s sell man went to a mac and tried to google the number of Microsoft and asked me to call them. He did not even listen what I had asked , he just heard Microsoft !!! I think that was rude, hé made me feel like an idiot !!! I spent thousands of Euros buying MacS, watchS, iphoneS , IpadS, TV..... I think I need some respect because you are not cheap company ! I think It is the time to think about switching ...
Unbelievable rude security guys at the door who don’t speak a word of English (considering this shop located at the Champs-Elysées, the most touristy street in Paris) so they did not let me in without explaining why and I understand the COVID-19 issue but the shop is open and thy did not let me in to buy new Iphone.
