I went to this store to fix my mac. Hence i don’t know about the other services in the shop but when it comes to the after sale support the service is on point. The store staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Taking an appointment and than waiting for a diagnostic of your device could indeed be improved. But once you have spotted the problem with your device they are very quick and efficient. Many thanks to the team

2 hours spent in here trying to work out why my i phone wouldn't synchronise with the new mac desk top I'd bought. Back home 5 minutes on the web and I found out why. Staff here don't have a clue about the products they're selling. They even managed to screw up the contents of the box - buying a desktop with a QWERTY keyboard was too difficult for them - when I opened the box at home there was no keyboard. After sales support is woeful, seriously bad compared to when I first bought a mac in 2007.

You better have setup an appointment ahead of time on the genius bar app. I was sent back for not having one or I had a choice to wait from 3 to 4 hours. They have assigned a lot more people for sales than for support. I made an appointment, the earliest is on Jan 9th
