Genius Bar? More like "Couldn't be bothered to make an effort to help you Bar". A waste of an hour and a very sour taste after. After reading the reviews of some of their other customers I think I get it: they are good to sell a product but when it comes to repairs or after-service care - good luck, they just buff you off.
