Clean, accommodating. The lanes can get crowded when there are clubs or classes in progress. The general public would profit more of the facilities if the clubs and classes were scheduled at different times. En general, nice place.

Horrible incompetent personal. First there were 2 customers and 2 employees. I've still had to wait 5 min just to order 1 adult and 2 childern ticket. But instead to get that i still had to wait another 5 minutes before that guy ask their colkegue what he has to do now. Next the tickets did not work at the entrance. After mentioned that at the desk nothing happens. I had to shout at them that they open the door. The changing room smelled very weird - something chemical (not the typical chlorid type) and the floor felt like there was sand on the ground but nothing visible. At the pool things were looking better but i did not recognized that only speedo type swimmwear is allowed (weird rule). My bad. So we had to leave again with my kids. So, no swimming at all. At the desk the only aswer i get was o refund\. Never to that place again!
