The staff is kinda boring but still not bad, nice store.

Horrible experience. Racists abusive jerks! We tried few jackets like everyone else was doing. Everyone was leaving their clothes after trying as it is and the employees of the store were replacing them to their position. The store was still a mess! When we arrived at the pay counter, a yound guy with black hair probably a sales person there, probably whose job profile is to manage the store, came to us and forced us to keep the tried out jackets back in the most abusive and humiliating manner saying “he is not a dog that he will keep the jackets back” My husband who was about to pay was taken aback with this abusive behaviour. We replaced the jackets and then told him to be more respectful towards the customers. We were just not trying, we had the intention to buy stuff damn it! We have been to Bershka, my second trip in Paris. Then he started being racist. We had to leave the ruckus created because of him to maintain our dignity. Such a shameful staff with bad customer service and terrible racist attitude. I absolutely dissuade going to the store.

Je n'ai jamais vu sa je suis venu avec ma meilleure amie et j'ai même pas eu le droit de l'accompagner pour l'aider dans ces essayage pourtant j'ai demander gentiment à la dame si je pouvais l'accompagner et elle ma sorti qu'il fallait que je reste dehors et une dame a poser la même question et pour elle elle a dit oui , sérieusement ???? je n'ai jamais vu sa !!!! Désagréable !!!
