Having Mina as my French tutor has been a great experience! We spoke prior to starting regarding what my goals for learning the language were, my past language experience, and what would work best for my schedule. The lessons are very structured and really start with the basics and build gradually on previous lessons. It is very easy to comprehend and has made understanding the mechanics of conversational French much easier to retain. In-person lessons with another student is great and provides the opportunity to meet others who are visiting/living in France and eager to learn the language. The flexibility of Skype lessons is great when travelling or unable to make an in-person session. Looking forward to working with Mina as i become more adept at conversational French over this next year.

Mina has been very professional and accommodating with my demands at all times. Her method is so effective that I felt the difference even after the first 3 hour lesson. Three things I especially liked about her lessons are: 1) Simple and precise tips. It's never been so easy for me to correct my pronunciations and grammar. With her method, I began to speak with more confidence. 2) Tailored program. She paid close attention to my conversation and tailored my lessons according to my weaknesses and needs. 3) Focus on colloquial french. My textbook-ish french was transformed into real-life french! (still long way to go to speak like a native of course) I found her overall professional experience and fluency in English is a huge plus too. I would love to take lessons again with her!

Mina's lessons were truly effective for me. Since then I have taken French lessons with Institut Francais which suppose to have the best quality teachers and they were indeed excellent, but still nobody has beat Mina! I couldn't communicate in French at all to begin with but after a week with her I was able to have a basic conversation. Her pedagogy is not only excellent but also tailored to each single student. She changes the way she teaches according to how the students like to learn things and acquire knowledge (e.g. grammar oriented). She adjusted the way for me which really worked. I was taking a 3 hour lesson in the mornings for only a week, but it improved my French level tremendously. What I appreciated a lot is that she asked me what I had done after the previous day's lesson and took notes on what I couldn't explain well in French through which I learnt a lot of useful expressions and vocabularies. Moreover, she did a quick test about what we had done 3 days before which helped me to make the memory stay very well. I tried not to use English, but her perfect English helped me understand some complex grammar. Needless to say, the location was absolutely wonderful with beaches in 2 minutes on foot and many other attractive places nearby. She also kindly helped me rent a bicycle for a the week to commute to her school as I was staying in le Pradet. I have continued lessons with her over Skype even after I left the town as it was simply extremely difficult to find anyone better than her. I cannot recommend her more for anyone who wants to learn French. Thank you Mina!

Mina est une excellente professeur de français. Elle est très compétente, patiente et arrive à motiver. Mon français s'est amélioré avec les cours, et le cours est aussi amusant. Elle parle l'anglais et l'allemand, ce qui lui permet de traduire en cas d'urgence. Je recommande Mina comme professeur à tous ceux qui veulent apprendre le français.
