Ordered a Giovanni coat from a reputable French leather retailer in Lyon for my wifes birthday. Cost 399 euros. The quality was so appalling I had to return it. The fur could barely attach to the hood, the \button holes\ were just rips in the seam. You could've have pulled the filling out through the buttonholes. It was advertised as down filled but was in fact just synthetic padding. The zip was extremely difficult to do up.
