Nice little local airport. While it is small it has all the expected conveniences (a restaurant, taxi booking service, car hire). Check-in and security queues are short, and there isn't to much walking to the departure gates. Staff are courteous. It's very clean.

I've only experienced the business aviation terminal. The facilities were very modern and comfortable. The airport staff were helpful and kind. Local ATC were helpful and very professional. Claremont is Michelin's world headquarters, and I can't thank my co-workers enough for making our trips possible!

unfortunately this airport has untapped potential. it would take a few more shops and a spiritual center like in other airports to be able to wait for our plane when it is late. which is often the case unfortunately for this airport ...

THIS WAS A VERY SMALL AIRPORT, BUT VERY CONVENIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I FELT VERY SAFE AND THERE IS PRETTY GOOD FOOD THERE AS WELL.

Small but nice airport. Going through check in and security is quite swift. More international destinations would be great, oh and a bar airside instead of vending machines

Terrible airport, admittedly very clean and accessible, but mostly because besides the Air France flights to and from Paris, most companies have now definitely opted for Lyon airport; hence, the lousy terminal services in Clermont. Very provincial personnel. The teams at the security check, provided by a well-known private security firm, look like a Mexican army of jobless people. They manage to be both ineffectual and aggressive in their relationships with the few paying customers who still have to use this horrible airport. Avoid Clermont-Ferrand airport if you can.
