Feb 2021 - a few trips there recently fitting out a new bike with accessories. Excellent service. Very helpful - had everything I needed and shown how to fit all. Young guy who serves and in the workshop does seem to know what he's doing - AND, he speaks English rather well - very good for a dumb Aussie. really?? for me - it's a 5 genuine star.

Terrible shop. Almost everthing on bikes was sold out. The toilets were closed, so were the fitting cabins. The poor excuses being covid19. Everywhere else toilets and fitting cabins are open. They just don't want to clean them

Low to mid range outdoor and sports gear. Sales people are friendly and helpful, although not as numerous as you.might wish. I was surprised by the solid low- and mid-range choices they provide. The gear is primarily their own brand. For most types of equipment they provide useful comparative tables a la REI. In the low end and for medium quality gear they provide solid gear that is very well priced. I would strongly recommend this family of stores as long as you don't need high end gear.
