Very interesting open air aviation museum. Some aircraft are of historical value. Unfortunately not all are in good condition. Personnel very friendly and eager to give explanations. Absolutely interesting the corner with all sort of memorable items from the Concorde production.

More than 20 planes and helicopters, you should visit it if you go to aeroscopia, it’s very near. Some of the planes aren’t in great conditions and they don’t give explanations of them but it still being a perfect place.

Lovely area with old exhibits surrounded by volunteers who caringly restore them.

This place was my favourite visit of my time in Toulouse. The place is operated by volunteers - people who love planes and preserving aerospace history. You can talk to anyone working there and feel their passion. Each plane has an active history as well as a story about how it got to be on display. Its "hidden" beside the larger museum aeroscope. The range of planes and variety here is incredible. I don't think there is enough room to house more! Check out the "voodoo" if you can while there - its got a lot of background story and is one of only 3 in europe.

Totally recommended for all airplane freaks! Amazing collection of classic planes. Passionate gentlemen working there explained us about those planes very kindly. They let us into the huge Breguet 765 which was totally exciting. We were soooo sad that we had to leave there earlier since we had an appointment for an Airbus factory tour (which was also interesting btw;)). I wish we had had enough time to enjoy the whole collection and the stories that is told by gentlemen. Everyone who is working for this museum and plane restoration work is filled with passion and love for aeroplanes and I truly appreciate for what they do. I liked this museum much more than the aeroscopia;) I will definitely visit here again someday!

Old Wings Toulouse (Ailes Anciennes Toulouse) try to save any aeronautical equipment we find. All this work is intended to place the collection in a shelter in a suitable and visitable space: an Aeronautical Museum in Toulouse (now called Aeroscopia). Any person of good will and motivation can become a member of the association. No qualification is required (otherwise an immoderate and unexplained passion for air things). Given the various activities and the supervision by the “elders”, one trains by practicing. However, it must be admitted that some tasks such as stripping require only “elbow grease” and patience (and this is part of our regular and indispensable activities). Old Wings Toulouse, only do static restoration. There machines do not fly and will not fly within the current framework of the association.

One for the real enthusiasts but such good value as to be worth a visit by the casual plane fan and enjoyable for children. Very reasonable entrance price with a great picnic area outside.
