The Airport itself is nice and clean, but some of the staff are very clearly racist and unwelcoming to some passengers - witnessed and experienced it myself a few times. Perhaps, offer them more training- especially if you’re dealing with people from foreign countries!

Airport partially functional due to restrictions. Duty shops are still open. Less crowded airport wirh friendly staffs.
Due to the current situation, all Arrival passenger must be checked by the border police it takes normal 5-10min. But the building can take a refresh from outside something inside also. Bad that all lounges are closed and not all shops or restaurants are open. The sitting situation at the most gates are terrible. I don’t understand the airport management, the airport building size is good but the interior and structures are bad
Properly organised, great transportation to/from the city, spacious, enough seating place, proper information all the time.

When I went here it was a nice place
Decent size airport. Our trip was at night so security was pretty swift. However, we had to line up like herds of cattle to get in the plane from one line to another then walking down a long flight of stairs. Then outside then walked up the stairs to the plane. It would be amazing, if the ramps were all attached to the plane. That would be ideal for people with disabilities. Also, Last time we landed, there was only one toilet stall and it was out of order. Coming back into Toulouse at 11:00 pm and there was barely any taxis.
Important airport. But still very efficient specially with the new contrôle area.
