A terrific studio with great people (Suzanne and Teresa get a special shout out) plus top equipment. Small class sizes (max 4) mean that you feel like you’re getting a personal trainer. Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to try and you’ll be hooked on the positive results :)

Amazing studio and extremely professional physiotherapists that instruct the reformer pilates as well as mat work. Being a complete novice and a guy. I was made very comfortable and really enjoyed the men's classes! Also when I damaged my knee the girls were able to help with the rehabilitation, using their knowledge as physio's to great use and creating a bespoke routine for me on the reformers! Highly highly recommended!
