My french may be bad. May be it is hard to understand. But I haven't expected the phone to be hung up on me when I was trying to explain the issue. I wish I could faced with a polite person on the phone.

No wonder you get a quick appointment. The place is full of unhappy and unfriendly staff. To be fair one out of 5 is friendly. The management must run a slavery.

C est la première fois que je met un avis en public Mais la quand même .. *Salle d attente surchargée en pleine pandémie. *1h d attente avant l examen. Sans excuses ou explications, et encore une attente de plus de 30 min pour vous annoncer des résultats par internet. *Accueil très désagréable, et hautain même avec les personnes âgées. Et ça papote ... heureusement le docteur était agréable pendant l examen. Mais malgré que je vienne depuis 4 ans, la dégradation des conditions d accueil, je vais changer d établissement.

J'ai pris rendez vous pour passer une radio. Secrétaire agréable pas d'attente pour passer la radio le médecin agréable et compte rendu rapide. Du moment que je suis rentrée et le moment où je suis sortie même pas 30 minutes c'est très rare dans un cabinet de radiologie je recommande
