Very convenient location right in the centre of town. You can pick up and leave your car in town without having to go to an airport or train station. Good choice of cars. Great efficient staff.

Our experience with Sixt in Bordeaux was great. They communicated with me via email the day before to confirm my choices and pick-up and drop-off were easy. I was a bit worried about renting a car since I don't speak French, but all the employees had great English and took great care of us! Thanks for a great experience!
The staff at the street office were excellent, could not have been more helpful. We had been let down by another hire company and these Guys didn’t disappoint. The car was clean and in excellent condition. They spend quite a bit of time checking the car over, so you should be assured a quality vehicle. Great staff, will definitely hire from here on my next visit. Thanks
Female at counter was terrific. No one at pick up spot there to help us understand the car re: navigation system, general operations...made it very difficult. Getting in and out of garage EXCEPTiONALLY difficult to safely drive without hitting walls.
Valentin added a charge of 27 EUR to our rental without telling us. Had to ring head office and get it removed. Head office also recommended asking the employees at the rental location if they have added charges because they may not tell you... 2 stars because other than that everything was good, would have been one star otherwise.
We have rented a class mercedes c at sixt this week-end, beautiful welcome , clean vehicle with full option, a real premium service from the people who work there, they know how to take care of their customer, thanks to the team. we recommend sixt we’ll come back for sure
Very smart people working there . They took extra 60 euro from credit card with no notice. When we sent them an official letter, they said the the tank was not full when we returned the car(late at night) , which is PURE LIE!!! I regret that we did not make a photo of all panel indicators when we took and returned the car. Guys!!! be careful, check everything, make pictures of everything, these people are real deceivers!
Peugeot 208 was clean and in good condition. My wife and I also enjoyed the quality of the service at the agency. The dialogue was friendly, the directions very clear and the location was great close to the pedestrian area were our hotel was. Keep up the good work! We will definitely rent from sixt again!
