On a sunny winter afternoon, Valentine's day, the stadium is the focal point of many, next to a public garden for a stroll or a peaceful sit, Le Stade Chaban-Delmas offers many sport facilities, track and field, beach volleyball and more. Locals met and on the odd chance of meeting a smile the stadium is a celebration of architecture and sport joie de vivre. Enjoy. Allez UBB

This is a nice stadium. It's small enough to allow easy access from the tram, but large enough to provide a real stadium experience. The rugby game here are fun to watch and the fans organized their own band to provide musical entertainment during the entire game. If you are in Bordeaux and you have the chance to watch a rugby game do it here. The compact design of the stadium let's you observe close to the field to feel the action.

The stadium is small and a little out dated but it is easy to get to from public transport and the layout of the seating is such that you are never far from the action on field. I went to watch the UBB vs Racing 92 rugby game and enjoyed the atmosphere at the stadium especially the band that was playing in the stadium.

The people at this stadium are so friendly and helpful. Security feels approachable and the atmosphere is a ton of fun. They also have all the same stadium foods and drinks you would expect. As an international tourist, I found it easy to navigate. Just be aware, the ticket counter person that we approached didn't know the English, so you may want to have a few key French phrases ready. Also, students seem to be able to get in for free in certain sections at least on certain days.

Old stadium with good atmosphere and easy access to seats. However Seats had moss growing on them. Token system is used to buy food and drink..
