I’ve been lucky enough to have eaten in some great restaurants all over the world and steak has always been one of my go-to dishes except in France where it is rarely quite as I like it. Until now that is.... My son and I shared the Cote de Boeuf and it was divine. Beautifully seasoned, subtly herbed and cooked on a charcoal grill all adding the most fantastic flavour. Accompanied by a delicious morels sauce and presented elegantly (as much as nearly a kilo of meat can be). Arcs 1950 has never had the best restaurants but at last it seems as if there is an excellent new chef in town.

This place resonates with my sense of quality. Very friendly customer oriented service. Good location. Ski in/out. And great blueberry pie (dessert) served romantically on a tile and with crispy almond flakes and whipped cream. Excellent combination! Especially the younger lady is very kind and speaks english very well. They listen to specific requests.

Everything was fine, nothing was amazing. We’ve been spoiled this holiday with fantastic food, so this seemed a little pale in comparison. I had the salmon, perhaps the meat is their speciality.
Good food and good service , but lunch menu may be better than evening for some. Will return, as always :)
Spaghetti carbonara did not really taste good..
Good service, good food. Also some nice glutenfree options. I had the burger Luigi without the bun, which was actually very nice! Not the cheapest, but as long as the price/quality ratio is acceptable, no problem for me.
