Amazing and helpfull staff. There was 7 of us that had hired skis with all different skill levels and they got us the right skis and boots and spurted us all out in no time. Could recommend ski set enough to any skiing and looking for hire on the les arcs resort

Great place, have been coming here for years. English and French (at least) and I was able to exchange the kids boots when one broke without a fee / problem. Friendly and helpful staff! Can be busy on Saturday / Sunday.
As frequent ski equipment renter I was really surprised by service quality and time investment in ski boots fitting. Thanks Alex! Your service was very professional and pleasant. On the down side, the only theft and breakage coverage offered by the shop required huge excess of 200 Euro! I would expect for optional more expensive coverage without excess.
