A lady left scratches on my brand new iPhone 6 while trying to open the sim card slot, and no apologies, and then refused to activate it without much explanation. I went to another store near Opera the same day, they set everything up in 5 minutes without any problems. There are plenty of other cell phone stores in Paris. No reason to come back to this one whatsoever.
