Stay away from the hotel!!! Summary: mold in the room, dirty old mattresses, sticky floor and the worst service ever. The first night we had to sleep without pillows and blankets and on an uncovered mattress as the lobby was closed. The service was an absolute disaster. When we asked the employee about the mold and the mattress, she became very insulting and still nothing has changed in the situation. So the worst stay ever.

-bad experiences- We stayed here in February for one week to ski in Meribel. We have to make a late check in because of a traffic jam. When we came to our room there where no towels and blankets so we have to sleep at the extreme dirty bed. When we ask to get some new towels the very unfriendly employe at the reception promise to give us some towels. When we ask later about when they wanna give us the towels the reception was closed and nobody answer to our phone calls. Next morning we get the towels by our self from the reception they where very dirty (first picture). There are some mould in the kitchen. By the way at the second picture you can see the vomit which was in the stairwell for the first three days. The positiv thing is the short way to the ski lift. I will never stay there again.
I rented it through Nexity... Cheap and cheerful apartment with all the required items needed for a self catering snowboard trip. Not to far away from the Olympic bubble up to Meribel.
Unstaffed hostel type of place. Young people running around, smoking in the rooms, shouting, parties and no staff to control it. Would be ok for 20 year olds on a drunk party as nobody will stop the party. Not so great for anyone else!
We booked The Cybelles Apartments with Cristal Ski Holidays under the impression that it would be perfect for a simple self catering option for a family holiday. Our room was filthy, the bedding and pillows we dirty, the kitchen was particularly awful with piles of greasy, smelly dishes in the sink and in the dishwasher. We tried to clean it all in the dishwasher but after three cycles in the broken dishwasher they were still dirty. The TV didn't work, nor did the promised wifi. We had to book alternative accomodation which we're still waiting for Cristal to reimburse us for despite agreeing to us moving to new accomodation. One thing to be very aware of is that Cybelle ask for a 200EURO deposit which they don't pay back unless you chase them for it. My advice is if you do have to stay there don't pay a deposit until you see the room!
Very clean good location would return in the future. Its very affordable family ski trip and we didn't want the noise and drinking culture you have to suffer In other resorts. If we want a drink we can spend 50 weeks of the year in the UK doing that!!
Very good price. Good access to Meribel.
